What does it support?
This first version of the integration is somewhat limited - it allows to link the DecisionVault matter with the one in Zoho CRM, can add missing details to the client contact in Zoho (phones, emails, addresses, date of birth). And will leave a link in Zoho to jump to the right matter in DecisionVault, and vice versa.
We're looking for feedback on how attorneys are using Zoho CRM to build this out further and also sync related contacts captured on the DecisionVault questionnaire, and possibly wire up workflows / trigger automations.
