Data flow
Sync the matter and contacts to your drafting platform, apply a scenario there, and use the design from the exported meeting template to draft.
Map contacts, roles, questions & answers from the questionnaire and meeting templates to fields in document automation tools to generate documents. Or use the built-in merge to swap information into your own Word and PowerPoint templates.
Send info into practice management tools to keep track of your clients and to use their document automation flows.
Connect DecisionVault with AI using our MCP server (AI connector). By default it exposes operational tools, and you can opt in to share client data on a per-firm basis.
No. It sits between your clients and the tools you already use, and helps to gather information from clients and pass it on to your other tools.
The sync does not run automatically. A staff member starts each sync from the matter, so nothing changes in your other systems until you decide the information is ready.
What gets synced depends on the integration. Contacts, files, custom field mappings, a copy of the exports. Have a look at the specific integration pages.
The sync is one-directional, from DecisionVault out to the other tool.
Not with direct API-based integrations: a second sync updates the records already there. The few file-based integrations start fresh from the exported file each time.
Yes, through the DecisionVault MCP server. By default it gives access to operational tools. You can opt in to share client data with the AI from the MCP server settings page.
